We all know as young girls what to expect when we enter puberty. Schools teach us, doctors ask us. But, as women approach menopause, no one talks about it!
Some of what you may be feeling as early as your early 40’s, may be signs of menopause approaching. Knowledge is empowering! Knowing what to expect and what you can do can help you make choices for your own health and happiness.
